Monthly Subscription Plans
Our Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to:
- Automatic monthly billing on the same date each month
- Continued service until cancellation is requested
- No long-term contracts or commitments required
- The ability to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
Custom Enterprise Solutions
Enterprise clients with custom agreements may have different billing terms as outlined in their individual service contracts. Refund eligibility for custom solutions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time clients on our Starter and Professional plans. To be eligible for a full refund:
- You must be a new client (first-time subscriber)
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
- All deliverables and access to our systems must be returned or terminated
Service Issues and Dissatisfaction

Non-Refundable Items

- Ad Spend: Any advertising budget spent on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable as these costs are paid directly to the platforms
- Completed Work: Services already rendered, including AI-generated creatives, campaign setup, and strategy development
- Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods
- Renewal Periods: Payments made after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable
- Third-Party Tools: Costs associated with third-party software, tools, or licenses purchased on your behalf
- Custom Development: Any custom AI models, integrations, or specialized development work
- Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation Terms
